Joining the Coven

Membership of our coven is private. Generally speaking, we only accept people who complete our Neophyte training course and who we believe will fit well into the group mind. A common term for those looking for initiation or to join a coven is a 'Seeker'.

Neophyte training is free, but does require a level of dedication and commitment and does not guarantee initiation. If you are already a Wiccan initiate and are new to the area or are experienced in a similar tradition, then please feel free to reach out. We also follow the tradition that we will not recruit or ask people to join us, so those who wish to join must ask us.

Why Join a Coven?

Access to Initiatory Teachings

Much of the wisdom within Wicca and the Craft is held in trust, passed down only to initiates. While eclectic writings have made aspects of Wicca widely known, there is still much that remains private, unseen outside of initiatory covens. These mysteries cannot be found in books alone — they must be experienced.

A Circle Greater than its Parts

Each witch brings their own gifts, knowledge, and strengths into the circle. Together, the coven becomes more than the sum of its members — a living current of skill, wisdom, and support that no single practitioner can hold alone.

The Power of Group Ritual

Working together allows us to study and experience ritual in its full form. A group can raise, direct, and sustain magical power far beyond what one person could manage, bringing depth and transformation to both magical work and personal growth.

A Shared Journey

Coven life is about walking the path together — learning, celebrating, and growing as one. The bonds formed within the group mind offer encouragement, accountability, and the strength of companionship on the initiatory road.
